BSI

ALLIANCE FOR CYBERSECURITY / BSI

With the Alliance for Cybersecurity founded in 2012, the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) is pursuing the goal of strengthening Germany’s resistance to cyber-attacks.

GERMAN SECURITY AND DEFENSE INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (BDSV)

DRACOON is the first software company to be named as a full member of the German Security and Defense Association (BDSV). The BDSV is considered the hinge between companies, politics, society, institutions and media and supports the maintenance and enforcement of justice, freedom and security. These aims are also central for DRACOON: In times of hacker attacks, data misuse or the strict regulations, embedded in the EU-GDPR, data security is of central importance for companies.

BAVARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR ECONOMIC SECURITY (BVSW))

The Bavarian Association for Economic Security (BSVW) was founded as a non-profit association by well-known companies of the Bavarian economy in 1976. The member companies come from the commercial, industrial, insurance, security, IT and private service sectors. The BVSW provides advice on safety issues, organizes regular technical and working conferences and offers a wide range of training and further education measures.

FEDERAL ASSOCIATION IT-SMEs (BITMi e.V.)

The Federal Association IT-SMEs represents more than 2000 IT companies and is therefore the largest professional association exclusively for mid-sized IT companies in Germany. The aim of BITMi is to accelerate company growth and productivity of the IT-SMEs and to promote market development through intensive networking. It is particularly important for the association to strengthen Germany as a business location. Therefore, the BITMi cooperates with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and provides IT-SMEs with their own voice.

The #cnetz is a non-profit association, which takes a stand on issues of digital policy and offers its expertise to mandate holders at a federal and state level. #cnetz does not require party-membership, but its members are united by a civic understanding of politics. #cnetz assumes that digitization is one of the central challenges for the future viability and further development of coexistence – socially, culturally, politically and economically. Data security and mutual trust are therefore indispensable principles of a globally networked, digital society for #cnetz.

CYBERSECURITY COUNCIL

The Cybersecurity Council Germany was founded in August 2012. The Berlin-based association is politically neutral and aims to advise companies, authorities and political decision-makers in the field of cyber security and to strengthen the fight against cyber-crime. The Cybersecurity Council Germany informs and supports its members with various offers and aligns its activities to their operational needs.

DCSO GERMAN CYBERSECURITY ORGANIZATION (DCSO)

The DCSO German Cybersecurity Organization was founded by the German economy for the German economy – in response to the asymmetric threat of globally organized cybercrime and industrial espionage. It offers the German economy a protected and completely manufacturer-neutral space for trusting cooperation. This is where companies exchange information on cyber security threats with each other, but also with public authorities and research institutes, and jointly develop effective strategies and solutions for prevention, defense and response.

Teletrust

TELETRUST

The federal association for IT security (TeleTrusT) is a competence pool that involves national and international members of the industry, administration, consultation and science, as well as related partner organizations. Thanks to these multiple memberships and partner organizations TeleTrusT is the biggest competence pool for IT-security in both Germany and Europe.

SECURITY NETWORK MUNICH

The Security Network Munich is an alliance of leading participants, organizations and research institutions in the field of information- and cybersecurity in the greater area of Munich. The aim is to support the cooperation of the industry with joint research and innovation projects. The members meet regularly in order to discuss current challenges of the industry with governments and research institutions.

ECONOMIC COUNCIL

The Economic Council of the CDU is a nationally organized entrepreneurial professional association with currently around 12,000 members, which was founded in 1963. It represents the interests of the entrepreneurial economy vis-à-vis politics, administration and the public.
