1 In the variant DRACOON Enterprise Cloud storage is limited according to a fair use clause (per licensed user 0,1 TB).
2 DRACOON availability promises do not refer to hybrid components (here Identity and Access Management via OpenID Connect and Object Storage via S3). Hybrid technologies can affect the overall availability of a single DRACOON Enterprise Cloud (example: data cannot be stored or retrieved if a hybrid object storage technology fails). If object storage is integrated by the customer, the available storage space depends on the hardware used by the customer. Furthermore there is no automatic backup of data by DRACOON.

Yes, in order to comply with Art. 28 GDPR we kindly ask you to send us a signed copy of an agreement on contract data processing.

DRACOON never sends attachments by email, but converts them into an encrypted download link. This way we can be sure that all correspondence complies with the regulations of the GDPR and that your data is secure.

You can choose between a 12-month and a 36-month term. All contracts are automatically extended by a further 12 months if they are not terminated within three months of the end of the contract.
Invoices are issued either annually in advance or for the entire term of the contract. You can either transfer them or opt for the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate.
Our payment deadline is 14 days after the invoice has been issued.
