For our Regensburg office we are looking for a full-time Account Manager (f/m/d).
In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reliable handling of orders
- Professional support of existing customers
- Independent organization of processes
- Enthusiasm of potential new customers on the phone for our product
This is what you bring with you:
- Commercial training or studies
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce
- At least 2 years of experience in dealing with business customers since the training
- Strong communication skills and convincing personality
- Confident and goal-oriented preparation and conducting of conversations
- Affinity for IT
- Very good knowledge of German and English
