Account Manager (f/m/d)

For our office in Regensburg, we are searching for a fulltime Account Manager (f/m/d).

Your responsibilities in supporting our Sales team include:

  • Field, qualify & close inbound inquiries from multiple sources
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within organizations
  • Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of DRACOON products
  • Stay well educated and informed as to the Dracoon competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the file sync and share market space
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas, achievement driven, highly competitive
  • Build revenue with partners and Field Sales within territory
  • Partner with field sales counterpart and channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Prepare and provide accurate forecasts to management on a weekly basis
  • Create great and lasting first impressions to prospects and customers by providing them with a friendly, exceptional experience

Your qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • High-tech sales experience preferred

Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

For our office in Regensburg, we are searching for a fulltime Key Account Manager (f/m/d).

Your responsibilities in supporting our Sales team include:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales employee for the Midmarket Segment in DACH
  • Telephone acquisition, product presentation and customer advice

Senior Software Test Engineer (f/m/d)

For our office in Regensburg we are searching for a Senior Software Test Engineer (f/m/d) in the field of application development.

Your responsibilities in this position will include:

  • Definition of test strategies for all components of our cloud-platform (backend-, web- and mobile-applications)
  • Independent design, planning and monitoring of test activities
  • Coordination of paralleling test projects
  • Development of test automatizing strategies
  • Expense and resource planning
  • Cooperation in building and continually developing our existing test environment

Your qualifications are:

  • College degree in computer science with a focus on either technology, business information systems or media or equivalent experience
  • Several years of professional experience in software quality control / test automation
  • Excellent communication, coordination and team skills
  • Experience in dealing with common test-tools (e.g. Selenium)
  • Programming experience in at least one language
  • Structured and solution-oriented working method
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge in dealing with GIT as well as agile software development
  • Knowledge of testing a micro-services-architecture is preferable

For our office in Regensburg, we are searching for a fulltime Software Test Engineer (f/m/d) in the sector Application Development.

Your responsibilities in supporting our Application Development team include:

  • Participation in building and improving our automated testing framework for all components
  • Automation of testing and deployment scenarios
  • Development and implementation of test cases

Your qualifications are:

  • College degree in computer science with a focus on either technology, business information systemsor media or equivalent experience
  • Practical experience in a comparable position desirable
  • Experience programming in Java and a scripting language
